General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 338win ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 338win website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, crash games, virtual sports, and any other gaming products offered at 338win.ws.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 338win cannot be held liable for issues arising from outdated account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 338win login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 338win will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 338win support immediately and change your password.

338win recommends enabling two-factor authentication for additional account security. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials have been shared with a third party — remains your responsibility.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 338win account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. 338win reserves the right to close accounts that are inactive for an extended period, subject to providing adequate notice.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 338win platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Mobile Wallets: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay
• Bank Transfer: IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits

The minimum single deposit at 338win is Rs 100. Deposits made via mobile wallets are typically credited within 30 to 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 338win does not charge any deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. 338win does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits received from unregistered sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. 338win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

For first-time withdrawals, or withdrawals above a set threshold, 338win may require identity and payment method verification before processing. Once verified, withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.

338win reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 338win platform are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform at the time of betting.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body for each sport and competition. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time (plus added time) is used for standard 1X2 bets, unless otherwise stated in the market description. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in regular match betting unless the market explicitly states "Including Extra Time."

338win strives to settle all bets promptly following the conclusion of each event. In the event of a data feed error or a delay in receiving official results, settlement may be temporarily suspended.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including — but not limited to — the postponement or cancellation of an event, the withdrawal of a player or team before an event begins, or where incorrect odds were offered due to a manifest error. 338win will notify affected players of any voided bets.

Maximum Payouts

338win applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. In accumulator bets, the maximum combined payout applies to the total return including the original stake. 338win reserves the right to limit the stake accepted from any individual player on any market.

In-Play (Live) Betting

Live betting markets are offered on selected events and may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at 338win's discretion, including during periods of high event activity or technical disruption. Bets placed during a temporary suspension of the live feed will be voided if the outcome of the relevant bet selection was already determined at the time of placement.

Casino Games — Live Casino, Crash Games, and RNG Titles

Casino games offered at 338win — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), random number generator (RNG) slot games, and virtual sports — are provided by certified third-party software providers.

All 338win casino games operate with a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate over millions of game rounds. RTP figures are available within each game's information panel. The RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome within a single session.

Crash Games and Provably Fair

Game Malfunctions

Where a malfunction renders a game result void, affected bets will be returned to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

338win offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These include, but are not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and accumulator insurance. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 338win account must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling Rs 10,000 before withdrawal of bonus funds and winnings becomes available.

Eligible Games and Contributions

Not all games at 338win contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Some casino game types may contribute at a reduced rate — for example, certain high-RTP titles may contribute at 10% or 20%. Bonus Expiry

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the 338win platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

Amendments to These Terms
